The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant with deep experience in the iGaming industry, particularly in crypto wallet management, PSP reconciliation, and international banking operations. This is a key role supporting our Head of Finance as we scale our in-house iGaming entity.

You’ll take ownership of core financial processes, ensuring compliance, precision, and efficiency in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in structured autonomy, and have a passion for gaming or crypto then this is your next career move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead revenue recognition processes, including reconciliation across PSPs and crypto wallets
• Prepare and submit VAT reports and tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage monthly and quarterly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with data-backed insights
• Maintain robust financial controls and support audits as needed
• Liaise with Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) and banks on legal and financial documents
• Review and prepare documentation for license applications and regulatory compliance

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the gaming or iGaming sector
• Proven experience handling crypto transactions and digital wallets
• Strong knowledge of PSP reconciliation, international banking, and regulatory frameworks
• Solid understanding of VAT, corporate tax, and compliance reporting
• Experience working with CSPs, licensing bodies, and financial institutions
• Highly organised, analytical, and confident working in a high-growth environment
• Experience with blockchain-based finance systems
• Familiarity with or Curacao, Anjuoan and any other significant licensing and tax environments
• Proficiency in tools like NetSuite, Xero, or similar ERP/accounting platforms
