The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Poker Room Specialist focused on operations and internal execution. This role will support the day-to-day running of our poker room – assisting with tournament scheduling, system tracking, bug reporting, and internal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tournament scheduling, setup, and promotional deployments.
• Track bugs, feature requests, and development items in coordination with the product team.
• Maintain and update internal documentation, processes, and knowledge bases.
• Conduct structured competitor and market research to support product improvements.
• Support registration processes, daily reporting, and registration checks.
• Monitor player-facing issues and help document key feedback or technical problems.
• Learn how the poker room operates end-to-end and contribute to smooth daily execution.
• Support process improvements and assist with maintaining operational roadmaps.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Basic poker knowledge (e.g. formats, tournaments, player behavior)
• Confident with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured tasks
• Willingness to learn internal tools and contribute to team improvements

Nice to have requirements:

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
• Experience writing or maintaining internal documentation
• Interest in poker room operations, promotions, and scheduling
• Exposure to crypto, gaming, or online product environments
